One burger a day EVERYDAY brings you to an overweight,obesity state. It is the daily accumulation of the extra calories that your body does not need that results to such a state. Now being overweight comes with a lot of disadvantages like attracting lifestyle diseases like diabetes,high blood pressure,insomnia and many others. The only advantage you get over being a plus size is if you have to share a car..you get a front sit ;) Okay,so how do we go back to an avarage size/weight? Total starvation?liquid only diet? or fruits only diet?Gym only? Of course NOT,our bodies need a little of everything neccessary at the right quantity..that is Fat,sugar and carbohydrate. Total starvation is not a healthy way to loose weight because when you starve yourself and eat later whatever you put in is stored and not used so your body does not absorbs any nutrients. Liquid only or fruits only will deprive you of other nutrients that your body needs. Going to the Gym without a proper eating behaviour is useless.
