One complaint I hear a lot about TASM, is how he got shot (both by the stun dart, and in the leg.) Even in Screw Attacks Death Battle they said it was lazy writing. Well, no its not lazy, or cheap, or a cop-out. Peter has been shot in the comics before. He gets also surrounded by cops, quite often (much like the movie scene.) I mean, yes Peter has a Spider Sense. However, in the film he was so focused on getting to Gwen, that he could very well have tuned out its warning. Point is, it happens in the comics from time to time and people dont mind it there...so I have no idea why its such a problem in the movie.
