One day, Aline was talking about the movie "Rise of the Guardians" and she told me that I was not allowed to like "Pitch" (the boogeyman). Pitch is voiced by Jude Law. I curtly informed her that the man who gave Pitch his voice is very handsome, and mommy likes him a lot (as an actor, of course, all that rigamarole with Sienna Miller and the nanny notwithstanding). The following is a statement my five year old (wide eyed) issued to me as I was watching an (adorable) advertisement starring Josh Duhamel: "Mommy, is that the guy who plays Pitch?"
