One day after the Allion Elementary school contaminated soil issue, it is safe to say that the contractors collected all the toxins and everything is seemingly safe at Allion and the childrens park adjacent. There are no more foul odours of oil in the air and the childrens park is still in tact. Let this episode be a lesson to society that our children always come first. What happened here was a case of gross negligence in which I am grateful that no one was injured or worse. Now will Cavalier de LaSalle follow the lead and take the same intitiative in the name of childrens safety ??? To be continued. ...
