One detail, I assume is being referred to here: All the Social Security Money you and I put into, was transferred to the General Fund by Reagan. When we see the budget, the biggest deficit item is Social Security. This item is the money taken from your Social Security to use in other was and it owed back it is not a drain of the system, it was used to shore it up after the redicoulous spending by Reagan or the Military.
