One dilemma, that many fresher face while starting their career is to join which level of company, if decided then what to do if we don’t get selected in that level of company. As per our observation, a job seeker should start the searching of job in last academic year of his/her education only. He/she should go all out in preparing to achieve that profile. After completion of final exams, a window period of three month should be decided, if the candidate gets the desired profile, then say cheers, otherwise start with the very next available opportunity and progress the career there onwards.
