One door closes and another one opens. On October 21st Mykayla finished her chemotherapy protocol that was required as treatment for her leukemia by the conventional medical system. Although we treated her succesfully with natural medicine throughout the past 27 months we havent had the opportunity to work with a specific doctor to perfect her natural treatments. A friend of ours... who is an amazing ND in Canada introduced us to a naturopathic oncologist here in Oregon! There are only 52 certified naturopathic oncologists in our country and I feel entirely blessed and fortunate to have the opportunity to work with her to ensure Brave Mykayla has the best possible chance at a long and healthy life. On November 14th we will be traveling to Bend Oregon for our first appointment... How exciting! If you are a parent of a child with cancer... there are naturopathic oncologists... had I known this I would have utilized this option throughout the entire treatment process.
