One farmer explains that while some say her meat prices are too high, were all paying for the high cost of industrial meat production in other ways. Such a claim is lacking without including the high price of our tax dollars, warfare and our nations medical bills. The prices at farmers markets, butcher shops & CSAs might look higher on the surface, but upon closer inspection you might think otherwise.
