One fitness rule I really try to follow is to not go any longer then 3 days without working out. (Unless Im taking a recovery week) I find if you break this rule you fall into the bad habit of hardly working out or not working out at all. The hardest part is getting into a fitness regime, but once you start building strength it gets easier because you get healthier and stronger 💪 Well I could give you a list of excuses as to why I havent worked out the last 3 days but whats more important is that I broke the 3 day no workout streak by working out today 👍 Completed Les Mills Combat 60 Live! Skipped the sit-ups and exercises at the end of the workout that required me to lay flat on my back. Once you begin the 2nd trimester of pregnancy you want to avoid these type of exercises. Its not really a time to focus specifically on more direct ab workouts anyway when your belly is busy growing with baby. Have a great day and sweat out 😉💦!
