One funny thing of being on the supervisory level is that you become the subject to all the bad and good critiques from the people you mingle with everyday.Thats how things work especially when you get to work in a very small company where all people can easily notice how things work on your end. I have compiled some of those memorable remarks or statements i have received/heard from the entire 9 months that i have stayed at C2 English Academy and i believe it is about time i revealed all of them. You might find the other statements offensive, but mind you i never take any of them negatively. lol 1. We are very lucky to have you. (couldnt figure out till now) 2. You are very good. (task was easy, so for sure i could work better) 3. You are the best teacher in the school. (had most of her classes.) 4. Kayang kaya yan ni Lloyd. Si Lloyd pa. (Lloyd can simply do it. I know Him) (am i that really skillful or you just running away from your responsibility? lol) 5. Overtime ka na naman. (Working overtime again) (do i have a choice? lol) 6. The curriculum is a mess. (do u really get the hang of it?) 7. You need to be helpful. (aint i doing my job?) 8. Dont you prepare your lessons at night? 9. Dont be strong. 10. You are not firmed.
