One hour to go before the polls close. This has been quite a ride over the last several months. Ive met more people, visited more little towns, given more speeches, and yes, my right hand has probably gotten stronger from shaking so many hands. Its been worth every minute. Ive had the chance to spend some good times with precinct committeemen and committeewomen, county board members, union members and some really great folks who have come out to show their support for me. Im humbled and grateful for their efforts on my behalf, for their encouragement and their good advice. I could never have spent all these months trying to do this without their help. Thank you to every one of you and to every person who came out on this rainy day to cast a vote for me. I will always be indebted to you.
