One item we will discuss at the Dec 7th meeting is moving forward with the Alumni Hallway. We will paint the hallway leading to the AV room blue & white, hang the class pics that are in storage and display the info we are gathering on alumni military careers. One idea is a solid blue wall with a horizontal white stripe about 2 - 3 blocks wide centered. The class pics would be centered on the white line and career info could be painted in the white area to either side. Also brought up was to display pics of alumni that have retired from the military. Let us know if youd like to help. Another item is to have some type of memorial for WIA/KIA McDowell alumni. Many dont know that a 82 grad was killed in the Beruit bombing and one of our own members was hit by an IED last month. This topic will be discussed at length so we get it right and I am sure we can get the funding from the Legion. THWD.. Rich
