One last PUSH before for the few spots left open. Im running a Strength-Only Accelerate Cycle that is intended to allow athletes of all levels to peak at the CrossFit Total (HALLOWEEN). The focus of this program will be primarily on the three big lifts: the Deadlift, the Squat, and the Bench. The goal of this 5-week cycle is to build raw strength through specific practice of these three foundational lifts. This cycle will be held Wednesdays and Fridays at 530-7pm and will begin on Wed, October 1st and run until the CrossFit Total being completed at CFCC on Friday, October 31st. Sessions will include video analysis of movements, programming that is tailored to benefit many different levels of athletes, and coaching in a small-group setting.
