One last laugh to finish the weekend? I have bother with chafing during running. Normally I put on sterile dressings under my bra strap across my back, I ran out this week and suffered some nasty chafing on Thursday night and I desperately wanted to avoid reopening the wounds this weekend. Unfortunately, I forgot to pick up more dressings before my run on Saturday but I managed to improvise most effectively. Yes, I ran with a sanitary pad stuck to my back. Worked a treat.
