One last post for the afternoon - this morning I had a great 5am quiet time with God and a cup of water, and I felt Jesus kneel down and work like a surgeon across my heart and mind. Showed me some places where I was mistaking my voice for His, and other places where I was thinking His voice was mine. It was like I was a sphere and He was gently walking across my surface, tidying up a bit. Then at the end, my heart felt a little spent, and there was a slight sharpness at the right side of my head. You feel that? I felt Him ask while pausing and analyzing. Then He told me that was some hardness that Hed deal with at a later date. No judgment or condemnation for me holding back, just a statement, like a doctor in the office telling me to come back the next day for a follow-up. Even in the midst of great ministry, He works in phases, and doesnt rush to complete anything, but lets things rise and settle, ebb and flow, in its proper timing. The only urgency for me is to keep coming back.
