One last update before the fun this afternoon! Thanksturkey 2014!!! Turkeys with treats!! Woo-hoo!!! A few things to remember: 1. Please keep kids to a minimum. We don’t want to create a crazy environment, and there are many areas that kids are not allowed. Also, there is always concern about mixing kids and people with compromised immune systems. We will have some groups with kids, but lets not inundate them. 2. Bring your own gift bags! We often have many of them, and Im bringing a few extra, but everyone is responsible for bringing their own. It really is part of the fun! 3. If you dont have a costume yet, do not despair! There are still some costumes & costume accessories left at Farinas Farinas Costumes and at Mask Costumes. (I saw an awesome turkey-rider costume at Farinas on Saturday) In addition, I will have a very limited number of turkey hats for those who need it. There is valet parking directly in front of this area, so you do not have to figure out the parking and elevators if you do not want to. I would highly recommend giving the valets gift bags. They work very hard to make patients lives a little easier, and it would be a nice way to start off the gift giving. We will meet inside in the open area of the lobby, and then I will split you into groups and you will give out the gift bags. 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY, Be respectful of everyone there! We are having fun, their day was probably much tougher than yours. If someone wants to be left alone, please please please respect their wishes.
