One leg exercise I love is the seated ham curls but heres a variation. I used a medium tension band and wrapped it around the Smith machine bar. Place bar all the way to the top and grab a mat to lay on. Place heels in the band handles then I place my hands at my knees to make sure they stay right over my hips. Pull down, leading with your heels, to your butt. Keep the tension on your hams. I then super set with some abs. Its a great exercise alternative with less pressure on the knee. You can pick your tension band to make harder or easier.
