One more...the fundraiser on the bench was a great idea, it is very sweet and Colton deserves for the little ones his age now to hear his story one day, it will provoke that. It may change lives. However, the appropriate way to do a fundraiser is HOMEWORK first, you know going in what it will cost to create your tribute, down to the penny. This nation of compassionate people had already paid for Coltons burial, plot and monument. The holidays are upon us. The particular fundraisers for Colton have turned nasty. The bench was way overpriced and now they are backtracking, you dont do that, it causes frustration among donors and makes it look fraudulent. The Federal Trade Commission and the Internal Revenue Service have been advised. Now we have the toy drives, I was made aware of one tonight that is involved in this dedication to Colton whom has also posted her own children online in need of Christmas. PEOPLE PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND. Some of these people may have good intentions, but overall they are likely padding their own pockets and making sure their children have a good Christmas on YOUR dime. It is as low as you can go. And before you, those I speak of come at me with my fundraisers, I try to help REAL families, can provide them upon their consent, and I dont push my fundraisers. My books are MY OWN work, I can sell them as I please, only ONE of them was done in anger and I overall prevailed. I just dont push the book anymore. The following screenshots speak volumes....I read somewhere theyll do more fundraisers once MY questions subside, that wont ever happen, youll be safe now. ;)
