One must always be a student as they are becoming a master. Jeffrey Combs coaching has filtered through me and this wisdom is now being passed on to my clients. Jeffrey brilliantly states, "To become a master you must master your emotional state. If you continue to do what you do and are overwhelmed and out of control then you are controlling your control. To let go, is to have a command of your emotional state where you are "one with" and in your body not in regret, guilt or shame of the past or anxiety about the future.
