One of Toronto’s top producing real estate teams is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated licensed assistant. The last few years have been our most productive ones to date and we are fortunate enough to be in a position that calls for extra help. Our success has been propelled by honesty, integrity and hard work and we are looking to hire someone like-minded. Geographically we concentrate on the central core neighborhoods of Toronto. The individual we are looking for must be eager, flexible and hard-working. The job involves responsibilities that range from preparing offers and scheduling appointments to composing marketing material and assisting clients. Further duties include: listing maintenance, answering calls and emails, delivering feature sheets, researching properties, organizing ‘open houses’ as well as attending photo shoots and home inspections. Our first priority is our client’s satisfaction and it is crucial that their needs are always promptly and diligently attended to. This opportunity will be challenging, rewarding and no two days will be the same.
