One of Turtle Islands greatest achievements is changing lives one person at a time. Many intern graduates have gone on to start their own farms. Volunteers return home renewed and inspired, and people like our friend and ASU graduate Samantha Eubanks - find amazing employment... Check out the famed: harvesttablerestaurant/ - where Eustace and Desere visited recently. Sam is the farm manager there in Meadowview, VA where a circle is completed from farm-to-table-to-compost, and back again! Hooray Samantha, Hooray Farms!
