One of a Father’s proudest moments in life is to hear someone say to their child,” You act just “like your Father.” It’s like a confirmation that you are their child. John 8:44 says, “You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your fathers desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies The lies you tell can cause people to be selfish, racist, controlling, insecure, fearful, and mean spirited, a slandered, and insecure. It can lead to lust, addictions, mental illness, sickness, murder, molestation, rape, insects, and so many things. Some of these lies you tell will live in people’s life for a long time until it becomes a generational curse. The next time you feel bad about lying on someone, you should have no worries, because your Father is so proud of you, because you act just like him – the devil.
