One of my Favourite Superset is Bench Press / Bent-Over Barbell Row. Many benefits for Strength, Pump and Fat Loss. Doing these exercise in this manner will burn more than 35% calories during and after the workout. Superset is doing two exercises (antagonistic pair muscles) back-to-back with no rest in between. Then, when you finish the two exercise you can rest for 60 seconds or if you want to add more intensity, do it back-to-back without any rest in between supersets, you will feel the burn.
