One of my best friends more like red headed brother, is 3 things loyal, smart, and a BEAST! Who has not only two degrees one in business and one in IT he also is a certified personal trainer, and studies constantly about new and innovative techniques., ideas, and skill. He is also a great dietitian with his training focusing on the biology of the human body and what supplements and foods your body needs. He is constantly training to compete in a state and region natural strong man show.. And writes a blog following along the lines of every thing from new ways of thinking new techniques and new ideas of the natural body building world!
