One of my big AH HA moments before joining Beachbody was in San Fran. I was walking around with the family and I couldnt keep up. My heart was pounding and I felt like I was going to pass out. Well today we are in Chicago and walked around from 9-3. At one point Dave said to me, Im so glad we are working out because it has made this trip so much better. We have energy and this walking around is like nothing where it used to be so tiring. I continue my Beachbody journey so I can live to enjoy my life and travel with my husband and not be confined to a wheelchair or walker. Now if I could just watch out for trees while riding I think Im set for a long healthy life.
