One of my biggest challenges is and always be eating on the fly. I work as a nurse practitioner and often get so busy during the day that I tend to grab at what is easy and accessible. My plan: I make all my lunches for the week on Sunday to make getting up in the morning and getting out the door that much easier. I hardboil eggs for some quick protein, make salads, put my dressing together (i make my own too so that I can control the sodium), and cut up my fruits and veggies into small tupperware containers. This ensures not only my portion control but that I will grab something healthy! Hope this tip helps you!
