One of my colleagues doing TURP under SA for BPH of 72 years old patient. Surgeon used glcerin for cutting under Bipolar mode. Operating time is around 1hours 40 min. Vital stable throughout the procedure and patient shifted to ward. After 10 min nurse come to OT to say that patient started vomiting and has altered sensorium. Anesthesist run to see the patient and he manage accordingly. When return back to OT surgeon asked what may be the probable cause sir: A. Hyperkalemia B. Hyponatremia C. Overdose of spinal anesthesia D. Rupture of bladder E. Water intoxication
