One of my dearest mates has ... I have to contain myself ... been successful in buying a new home!!!! YAY! SCREAM! DO RUSSIAN DANCING! Oh my giddy aunt. I cant say her name because she hasnt got it on her FB page yet and I dont want to spoil her thunder in case her whanau dont know yet. BUT ... TMW and I inspected the property for her and her big-pouty-lipped-gorgeous-husband and we loved it. We were very worried that they would be fed up with it all after looking so hard for a year (it took us three years after wed got back from New York to find our home so we know how bloody frustrating and disheartening it can be) but bless their little tiny cotton socks they went to the auction and did the business. So now I cant wait to help them move in and then buy a really classy housewarming gift. Hmmmm what though? Ohhh! A ginormous monarch butterfly to nail into the beautifully renovated front door of the bungalow. Shed have a fit.
