One of my favorite Christmas memories was the time my brother Antone Brooks and I got the Electronic Football Game. The players were red and blue and on surf boards.We would patiently line up players on offense and defense then turn the switch on and watch the players until they come to a complete stop.Sometimes the players would run around in circles.Sometimes our players would make it all the way to the end zone.The excitement would be so loud UNTIL we would hear Audrey Brooks (Mother) in back ground Quiet down that noise in there dont make me come down there and tell you again.We kept that game for a long time as and when the electronic part was no longer working, we used our knuckles to make the players move. When the football was lost we would replace it with small pieces of cushion that would fit perfectly in the arms of players.We loved that game so much that we had no time to eat LOL. Bernard Preacher would come over and play as well.My sister Nicole Brooks would have her own thing going on.Great Memories. Merry Christmas!
