One of my favorite books ever, and we aint even farmers (yet). Joel Salatins book, Folks, This Aint Normal, is about so much more than life in the country. He gets into the role of government, how to raise boys, our cultures entitlement mentality, education, and the joy of learning how to be content with what you have. If youre looking for a good book to read this summer, make it this one. You wont regret it. I read it a few months ago, and now Brads reading it. He cant keep from saying, Can I just read you this one part? every few minutes, but I dont mind at all! I love hearing the second time just as much as I did reading it the first! 5/5 stars!
