One of my favorite parts of 2014 is how much closer I got to become with my momma before she passed. We always butted heads and rarely ever saw eye to eye. My husband would tell me how a lot of my actions would look just like my mothers and I would give him her evil stare and tell him he was wrong. My momma died 6 months and 1 day after she was given a confirmation of stage 4 lung and brain cancer. I took all the time away from work and spent all the time I could with her but I still feel like it wasnt enough. I am so glad we became the best friends we were always suppose to be and I hope I can be half the woman and mother she was. Till we meet again..... I love you momma!!
