One of my favourite breakfasts at the moment is eggs on Toast. More specifically I have boiled eggs on toast with runny yolks, but there’s a problem. I don’t time how long they boil for and therefore every time I make them I leave whether they are runny or not to chance. Hi, my name is Karl and I am a boiled egg gambler. It’s simple, all I have to do is time the eggs and I know they will be runny as there’s no guessing. But I don’t. This is the opposite of what you should do with your program. Don’t leave anything to chance, dont gamble on your success. Track your nutrition and training so when you check your progress you should know what to expect. As a bonus, if it isn’t what you expect then you know what to change. Stay on top of your nutrition and training and you’ll stay on top of your progress.
