One of my favourite messages we have ever gotten! -This is what we are dealing with! I posted a puppy on death row on my rescue page the other day, and that it got adopted last second by an amazing person. It made me so happy!!! Then the person who rescued the puppy messaged me (almost in shock as it seemed) forwarding me a message she received from a breeder: I saw you bought a puppy from that rescue. I just want to let you know that there is a good chance that you will regret your decision. Shelter dogs come with baggage and are often sick. If you want a healthy friend for life you should get one from a reputable breeder instead. I am just telling you that because you seem like a caring person. My dogs are all health tested and from top lines. Feel free to contact me if it doesnt work out with your shelter puppy. That seriously made my jaw drop! WTF? But then I saw what the rescuer answered , and I was all happy again. First off, I didnt buy my puppy, I would never buy a dog. He came neutered, and fully vetted! My adoption fee barely covered the vet bill. But I still gave a deductible donation so more dogs can be rescued. Do you pay any taxes for your dogs? And how dare you trying to sell your inbred puppies to a rescuer? Do you really think I give back my little boy now so you can make some money? There is a word for you people: GREEDERS! Dont message me again or I will report you for harassment! I feel very sorry for your dogs, you have absolutely no compassion or respect for life.
