One of my favourite setups for bench work. Reverse banding works by allowing you to overload the top end of a movement while the bands help get the weight off the bottom of the range. This can help you get stronger through sticking points and is also easier on your joints as you are not loading up the shoulders. In this particular setup I am doing a close grip to work on my Triceps. Have you trained with bands yet?
