One of my friends came to visit me and she brought yummy doggie cookies!!!! My friend comes over to visit when she needs her Doyle fix as she calls it! My foster mom (FM) has a dog just like me. Her dog is fine being around other dogs as long as there is a fence between her and another dog or she is safe in a kennel or the other dog is in the kennel. Her dog is also fine seeing another dog while on a walk as long as the other dog is under control of his owner and doesnt try to get over friendly and introduce himself. I am the exact same way so FM understands the both of us. That is why she crates/rotates us which means we take turns being in our kennel. My friend likes to give me cookies from her mouth :). It gives her joy so I go along with it and I am very patient waiting for my cookie and take it very softly from her mouth.
