One of my goals over the last two months has been to bring my OHP up. Want to get 5 sets of 5. Today I got 4 sets of 5. I will attempt 5 sets of 5 next week. Getting results in the gym is all about progression. No matter what rep range you train in, always strive to progress with your lifts.
