One of my major problem areas is my neck. Some mornings its worse than others. Luckily, I have found short neck-based workouts to not only help, but to strengthen ALL of the muscles in my neck to create a stronger support. Just worked out my neck tension in this 8 minute Yoga for Neck & Shoulder Tension video. Seat yourself on some pillows or folded blankets. You can even stay in your chair! Be mindful of your shoulder blades in Eagle Arms, as this pose may be too stretchy. Always play it safe!
