One of my readers sent me this interesting letter. Donna, I thought you may find this article interesting. My daughter works in the veterinary science lab at Cornell University. This cow, Blossom, lives there. She saves the life of at least one cow a week by donating live microorganisms from her gut to other ailing cows. She makes and drinks milk kefir, some fermented vegetables, and enjoys passing along MK grains to her colleagues. Its possible that the agricultural science world has a better appreciation of the connections between gut health and overall health than the people doctors. God bless you for getting the word out! Happy, healthy cows! modernfarmer/2014/09/holey-cow-wonderful-world-fistulated-cow/
