One of my top questions, How long are your one on one sessions. Answer: 30 mins. The #workout plan is already set before you walk in the door and we stick to a 30 seconds to a 1 minute rest in between sets. We also use the amazing protocol of #supersets and #dropsets. Science has proven that #muscle grows under tension, so dropping down in weight will enable you to last the entire set.
