One of our 7 subselves is the Team / Affiliate subself. This is the subself of banding together in a community, sharing resources, so we have enough to eat for the winter. Sound familiar? Its at the core of every community group. Like this one. So an idea to strengthen this subself, fellow members of the Behavior Design Book Club is to introduce yourself so we know whos active in this group, and whos just lurking. Based on the research from the Rational Animal, apparently were able to quickly see whos free-loading and whos contributing to the survival of the group. Those free-loading takes more food than they give, thus decreasing the survival of the group. I think they get ostracized?
