One of our 8 year old dogs had decided to revisit puppyhood and had taken to finding shoes, pieces of clothing, balls of yarn, ect and hauling them out the doggy door while we are at work and planning them on the deck. She only chews up a few items thankfully. So this leads into a major Senior moment for me...while getting ready for my dental a appointment this morning I couldnt find the pair of boots I planned on wearing...naturally I blamed Maia for taking them and when I realized they werent in her stash spot, I blamed Mark for hiding them from bet and not telling me. He has already left for work. This evening I went through the closet for the 3rd time. Looked under the bed again...etc...as I left the closet, I remembered...I had clipped them to hangers and hung them Im the closet to keep them out of her reach...what a great idea...wish I would have remembered it sooner...
