One of our Journalist Works graduates who is now at USA Today is recruiting: USA Today is a multi-platform news and information site providing visitors with breaking news, sports, money, life, weather, technology and travel news. USA Today has nearly 40 million unique visitors and receives over 650 million page views each month. We are looking for a dynamic digital journalist for a challenging and varied role to work out of London. The position is a new one that involves managing USA Todays website and apps during key overnight U.S. hours, contributing to social media efforts, sending breaking news alerts, editorial production on stories and multimedia, and some news and feature reporting. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, can write vibrant headlines, has an interest in analytics software and has knowledge of U.S. politics, culture and sports. Extremely strong news judgment is required, as is the ability to work quickly and accurately while keeping a cool head. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a strong aptitude for working independently.
