One of our dear Friends, Sara Bint Abraham is about to travel to refugee camps dotted around the peripheries of Syria. Her trip is planned for early December. Her aim is to try and raise as much as she possibly can to support widows and orphans, who are currently living in far from ideal conditions in these camps, away from their own homeland. She’s set up a fundraising page so that we can all do our little bit to make life for these people a little more bearable. This isn’t just giving for the sake of giving, you’ll be helping these people to sustain their families by assisting them in the creation of modest livelihoods. Their aims might be simple, but it’ll still be a livelihood for people who currently have absolutely nothing.
