One of our favourite car builders in the world is the ICON 4x4 Design brand in the US. (Not to be confused with any other company using the Icon name.) They unveiled their Defender at the recent SEMA Show in Vegas and in this video Icon owner Jonathan Ward talks you through the build. I chatted to Jonathan Ward at last years SEMA when they were still working on the car. He told me how shocked he was at Land Rover build quality and how Land Rover build tolerances made it one of the hardest projects theyd ever worked on! Something he mentions in the video. Icon made their name reinventing classic 4x4s like Toyota Land Cruisers, Jeeps and the Ford Bronco.
