One of our friends witnessed 2 teens tying this poor dog to a tree and running away. Animal control arrived to take the dog to the shelter and as you can see in this video, she is in a terrified state of distress. This dog is now at the Orange County shelter where she remains terrified. Her animal ID is A1355852 and she is currently in kennel 224. She is listed as a 1 year old, female, Pit mix. We are not equipped to rescue dogs this size so anything anyone can do to spread the word to Pit Bull rescues is greatly appreciated.
