They are in need of talent who will be a part of Color Development Center (CDC) based out of Bangalore. Position: Trainee Junior Specialist – Color Development Center (CDC) Job Profile: The responsibilities of this position will include but is not limited to: • Develop difficult Color Formula for Automotive Refinish market using software and manual techniques • Color matching • Support color specialist with training on color & enhance their color development skill set • Learn and implement the different coloristic technologies relevant to the job • Execution of assignments, projects & other tasks given to them • Maintain the quality, and achieve the required efficiency levels of the Color Development Centre Candidate Profile: • M. Sc. with Polymer Science or Analytical Chemistry background only Desired Skills: • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and proficiency in computers • Should be a highly motivated individual and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills • Proactive and a Quick learner
