One of our members writes: Hi can you please post this for me - my daughter 6years old I believe has ADHD we have been trying to get help from her school and doctors for a while but no-one is listening to me! ADHD runs in the family so you would think they would take me more seriously! This is just a little bit of her behaviour problems, she constantly shouts, plays loudly, running around, she cant sit still without fidgeting, shows no sense of danger, gets very angry and lashes out at whoever is near, shes always on the go, often doesnt listen etc does this behaviour sound like she has ADHD ? Also how can I get a doctor to listen to me and help us out ? She did get referred to Camhs when she was 5 by the health visitor but they wrote back saying shes to young to be diagnosed! Is there anyone who can give me some advice please Im desperate and since school hols her behaviour has got worse is this normal ? Thanks for any help
