One of our pastors Rev. Jim Mitulski at church spoke about the anniversary of a well known assasination of a priest March 24, 1984 and traveled to El Salvador for the sad occasion but I found the history of this significant event to be interesting and almost unimaginable. Regardless of faith, beliefs, or non beliefs just like so many this man was a man of peace spreading that message... He was not violent and posed no threat but like so many - MLK, Robert Kennedy, even Jesus for those who believe he was killed due to his personal beliefs and hopes for a better world. So sad but none of these deaths or any others like it should go unforgotten! RIP!
