One of the Leading companies in Capital Markets is looking for Senior Executive, HR/ Executive, HR (1 position). Salary Range: 30k-40k (Sr. Executive), 20k-30k (Executive) Experiences Requirement: 1-2 years+ in Payroll, Compensation & Benefit and Training. Job Role: Manage employee requisitions and help line manager in executing overall organizational development and efficient delivery and implementation of all HR services and programs. Assist line manager to implement organizational change programs for restructuring organization design and updating organogram as per the changes. Help line manager in executing the recruitment plan as per the manpower plan. Execute employee’s Joining and exit formalities as well as documentation process ensuring compliance to all policies & procedures. As per the requirement, prepare personnel specifications, write job advertisements, and design different forms. Work on more creative solutions to run the HR procedure smoothly. Coordinate in Performance Management process and preparing HR Budget. Coordinate all management movement, keep track of different organizational changes and ensures proper filing in HR records to ensure minimum disruption to business activities. Proper execution of Payroll software to process the salary on time along with keep updating all employees’ information as per the changes and ensure compliance of tax law. Maintain and update employee information both in Manual and HRIS to execute the HR processes smoothly. Assist Line manager in organizing induction program and other training program. Also communicate with employees and Training Institution in this regards. Maintain Training Data as well as ensure the proper documentation process. Prepare different letters and memos related with HR issues. Maintain Insurance database and handle the claiming formalities along with other documentation process. Maintain and keep update employee information in e- leave software and also aligned the leave policy with the system to ensure the proper implementation of HR Policy. Maintain Leave record aligned with e-leave system and ensure the proper filing of leave application forms. Provide information support to line manager for Manpower planning, Manpower budgeting, processing Performance Management System (PMS) and other relevant HR issues. Prepare and generate different reports and do all other supporting staff as per the requirement. As per the requirement from the Department Head females are highly encourage to apply.
