One of the areas that I think this may play a role is smoking & ADHD. When we talk about the noticeable increase in ADHD during the 20th Century -- Im thinking it may not be a coincidence that when women began smoking in great numbers. Further-- if some epigenetic changes in chromosomes become permanent -- even with a decrease in smoking now -- the increase in ADHD continues. And that may not be whats going on at all, not even a piece of it. -- Val Corzine
